How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard processing time is 3-5 business days. For pre-order items, please refer to the specific shipping date listed on the product page.
What is your return policy for music and apparel?
Unopened vinyl, CDs, and unworn apparel can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that digital downloads and limited edition signed items are final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
My vinyl arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your record is warped or the sleeve is damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage to arrange a replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders move quickly into our fulfillment system. You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processing.
