Republic Records Official Store wants you to be satisfied with your purchase; items in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Please note that opened media, such as vinyl and CDs, and limited edition merchandise are generally final sale unless defective.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of your packing slip is included inside.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
